Chordiant reseller partners provide sales and marketing as well as some support and training capabilities to promote Chordiant solutions in a specific geography or industry vertical. Reseller partners sell Chordiant products and industry-specific or Chordiant product-line specific solutions, providing the support services and expertise that help ensure successful implementation and deployment. These partners provide access to Chordiant solutions around the globe.

There are three program levels for reseller partners based on their experience, commitment and investment in the Chordiant knowledge and solutions: strategic, premier, and affiliate levels.
