Chordiant has developed a methodology for building a Chordiant Center of Excellence within our Client and Partner organizations. The Education Blueprint contains a competency framework and recommended requirements inclusive of roles, responsibilities, skill sets, training, certification and professional development aimed at achieving excellence in the implementation and optimization of Chordiant solutions. Successful achievement of these goals is dependent upon the establishment of a mutually beneficial partnership between Chordiant and our Clients and Partners.
